The objective of this programme is to develop the communication & presentation skills of the participants. The programme will help the participants understand the different tools of communication and how to apply the same in various business situations. It will help the participants to communicate better. It will also help them use communication as a facilitation process for training, mentoring, counseling, supervising and co-ordinating. The programme will further help a person to get along with others by developing inter - personal and intra-personal communication and work in Groups / Teams effectively.

The second purpose of this programme is to develop skills and techniques necessary for effective Presentation Skills. It will help the participants to speak with ease in front of small and large audience i.e. develop self confidence and speak with flair; without fear, inhibitions and self-consciousness. It will help the participants to make presentations with style in meetings, conferences and other situations.
